The average number of hours you should be sleeping is the official number is eight. But it's really anywhere from say, six to nine, really, or seven to nine. So as long as for most nights, if not every night, you sort of get in between that you're doing well!

And it actually makes a huge difference. Because even just cutting out an hour, can change your energy levels, which then changes the way that you approach tasks and approach life.

Exercise is absolutely important to mental health; it's physical health, it's mental health, but it's also known to reduce the risk of dementia as well.

Because it's something some people might not necessarily enjoy, they need to bring it back to discipline. And discipline comes from having a good understanding of deep down what it really means to you to be healthy, for example. So let's just say myself as an example, I'm not a huge fan of exercise, but I want to live a healthy, happy life. Like, that's really important to me, which means I might not feel like I'm up for it one day. But I think, "Okay, why am I doing this? I'm doing this, because, because when I'm 80 I to be able to still be happy and healthy and as strong as I could be at that age." And so that's why I do this now.
